The origins of the well-loved Crispy Roast Pork Belly started off in village celebrations throughout the world , where the whole pig was roasted at high heat until its skin becomes crispy while the meat remains tender and succulent.
Our roasted pork belly recipe is simple, using seasonings and extra-virgin olive oil slow roasted overnight. The long, slow roasting makes for tender meat, and the increased oven temperature near the end of the cooking time helps create a crispy skin.
